 LEADING A LIFE GROUP

You don’t need to have it all together to lead a Life Group—you just have to be willing to let God use you.

If you have never been a part of a RTL Life Group we encourage you to start by attending one. Let your leader know that you are interested in leading in the future so they can start you in the apprenticeship process. If you have participated in a Life Group and you are ready to take the next step and lead a Life Group of your own, simply choose a place/activity that interests you, a biblically based resource and a time and location to meet with others to do life together. Then, we will give you a few essential tools like first-time leader training, a directory where others can find your group, and support throughout the semester.

We believe God uses Life Groups to change people’s lives, and as a Life Group leader, you get to be a part of that life change. Thank you for choosing to lead the way in helping our church family connect and DO LIFE TOGETHER!
