L - LEARNING

We envision a learning center for early childhood & development that provides a 5-Day a week Daycare & Preschool. A lack of childcare causes businesses to lose an estimated $12.7 billion annually due to employee absenteeism. 2/3 of working women with children under 18 work full-time year-round (Carry Media). Most daycare centers in the area have a 1-2 year waiting list. 

I - INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY

We envision our event center/auditorium and mezzanine to feature the latest technology, such as a LED Wall for visual impact and communication. In addition, we want to provide production suites for audio, video, and podcast recordings so local creatives, entrepreneurs, and businesses can rent our space to promote their products and services to the community. 

F - FAMILY

We want to create safe, life-giving environments for children and student ministries. In addition, we want to provide a place to equip and develop solid marriages and families through pre-marriage classes, marriage and parenting workshops, and family counseling.  

E - EVENTS 

Our vision is to provide world-class venues for conferences, concerts, corporate and community events, and Sunday and mid-week services. We plan to offer a full-service kitchen, cafe, and resource center.

A church building is the greatest asset a church has. Sadly, most church buildings sit empty during the week and are 100% dependent upon the tithes & offerings to financially support the overhead and operational cost of maintaining the facility. Therefore, there are minimal funds left to do MINISTRY.  

The business model we envision for a facility is to leverage the future building to be a tool to provide multiple streams of income through our tenants to pay for the operational cost so we can fund more ministry and serve as an intersection for the whole community to gather.
